This 100% Chardonnay has a pale golden colour and green tints. The intense aromas of white flowers and dried fruit are typical of the grape variety: in the Mâcon region, they say that a good Mâcon wine is “chardonnes”, which means it shows a proper Chardonnay character. The wine is buttery, fresh and lively on entry to the palate, with a sensation of softness and roundness.
Goes well with vegetarian dishes, pasta and cured meat.
