A natural wine with a true sense of "terroir". The Pais grapes are picked, crushed, fermented and put in stainless steel tanks for 20 months before bottling and sending out (ship/bicycle). Limited intervention leaves this wine as a crisp, dry and minerally wine with flavours of tangerine and aromas of Jasmine. This is a pure joy to savour as a natural wine as it tastes so clean.
