Rottensteiner, Pinot Grigio DOC Alto Adige is slightly nutty and has a hint of herbal pome fruit scent. Straightforward, rather bright fruit, nutty tones, moderate acidity, some alcohol warmth, herbal and chalky traces, good finish.
The Pinot Grigio fits very well with fish, starters and not-too-spicy white meat.
