Family-owned, the Grand Boise estate can be traced back to 1610, although came to being in its current form when the land of three estates was combined in 1879. Vines have been grown in this area since the Roman era and it's a throwback to a more traditional way of farming, with the vines sitting alongside olive groves and woodland in a very balanced eco-system.
This organic and vegan rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, hand-picked from plots at around 300m above sea level. Expect refreshing aromas of white peach with floral, mineral and white pepper notes. The complexity on the palate is balanced with a long, fresh finish. Light, crisp and delicious!
Pairs well with light Mediterranean cuisine or lightly spiced dishes.
