The Bourgogne Chardonnay Grandes Coutures, Xavier Monnot is fine golden in appearance. It has aromas of grapefruit, apple and spice make up the bouquet, with hints of fresh butter cascading onto the palate, into a refreshing finish. With its richness, texture and toasted flavours, pairs well with light fish and shellfish and can counterbalance cream-based sauces.
