A white wine with shimmering golden colour, this is a well balanced white Bordeaux. The scent is rich and complex, with clear notes of citrus, peach and seashell minerals. The blend of Muscadelle, Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc offers high acidity, but not overwhelmingly so. The taste is crispy, dry and soft, with notes of lemon, honey, passion fruit, and cream, with hints of minerals. A long, elegant finish completes the wine.
Versatile, it pairs well with seafood dishes, fish, pork and poultry, as well as vegetarian dishes and appetizers.
