This biodynamic vineyard dates from 1820 and is in an enviable position with exceptional microclimatic conditions. María José Romero has created Mar 7 in honour of her winemaking ancestors. The wines are quite unusually aged in old 500-litre American oak barrels for 8 years before release and see no additions during production.
Beautiful straw gold, clean and bright colour. On the nose, it's pungent, aromatic, floral notes, chamomile, aromas of almond and bakery. On the palate, it is dry and delicate with salty notes, good acidity, freshness and a lingering aftertaste, subtly bitter with great depth of flavour.
