This low-intervention, organic and vegan Chorey Les Beaune Tue Boeuf, Domaine Francoise Andre, Côte de Beaune is simply delicious. A delicate balance of sweet and tart red and black raspberries, along with cocoa, cedar and smoke. Savoury, herbal and earthy. High acidity with smooth tannins.
Pairs well with roast lamb, herby chicken, duck and goose.
