Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vats followed by 12-14 months ageing in French oak barrels make this 100% Tempranillo a subtle and vibrant red wine. It reflects the freshness and typicality of Laguardia, and doesn't include the D.O’s classifications of “Crianza” and “Reserva” on the label.
Goes well with beef, mature cheeses, roasts, steak tartare and grilled lamb.
