This is a beautifully mineral Chardonnay, crisp and clean, from the southern borders of Burgundy. It offers ripe apricot and peach with hazelnut complexity. Initially round and delicious, the palate becomes complex and structured with a creamy and citrusy finish. A great easy-drinking option for Spring and Summer.
Goes well with pasta, cured meats and vegetarian dishes.
