Our favourite sparkling - it has all the elegance to celebrate a great occasion or to welcome your guests. Chardonnay, the main grape variety, brings finesse and elegance, and it is further enhanced by a touch of freshness and vivacity brought by the Aligoté.
It is very fresh on the nose and very fine and delicate on the palate. Its delicate, long-lasting mousse makes it particularly elegant.
Ideal as an aperitif - this crémant’s pure character doesn’t require anything added to it.
