Harvested by hand into small 20kg crates, crushed manually by foot and macerated for 5 days pre-ferment, then left to fermented in stainless steel tanks. This Tinta Negra Mole, an old Portuguese varietal, is beautifully perfumed with fresh strawberries, raspberries and violets. Medium-bodied, the palate is full of crunchy red fruits with a touch of spice.
It's a red wine that pairs very well with fish as seafood - but you can also not go wrong with pasta, beef and poultry. Just sit back and enjoy without thinking too much.
