This organic 100% Grenache was created through spontaneous fermentation with no added sulphur. It's almost Pinot-like, but even more elegant. A really good value wine to share with free-thinking drinkers.
As described by the producer, Le Paria got this name because this was once an undesirable variety planted in the locality. "Not ripe enough" for some, "not in the right place" for others - but "just perfect" for us!
