This is a vegan and biodynamic orange wine with intense golden colour. The de-stemmed grapes remained in maceration on the skins during the entire alcoholic fermentation, around 4 weeks. The alcoholic fermentation took place entirely in 18°C controlled temperature stainless steel vats.
On the nose, an intense bouquet recalls the herbaceous scents of the Trebbiano grape (which forms 50% of the wine, alongside another 50% of Grechetto), and very ripe yellow fruit, mainly yellow peach. It is smooth on the palate with a pleasant warm sensation from the good alcohol content, and it is balanced by good acidity and minerality. The light presence of tannin leaves the mouth pleasantly dry.
A long and persistent wine that pairs well with cheeses, white meats and wild mushrooms.
