25 Vendimias is produced from a selection of White Grenache, an indigenous variety from some of the region's best vineyards. Its limited production of 5.555 bottles honours the pioneers who believed and committed themselves to recover the viticultural tradition of the valley.
With pale golden nuances, this vegan white wine brings citric resemblances on a Mediterranean scrab and rockroses background, with slight white floor hints and a grass-flower-fruit trinomial. In short, it's like breathing deeply at the top of a mountain during Summer. In the mouth, it is smooth with a delicate, graceful aftertaste and a wide persistent ending.
Excellent with fish, lobster, shellfish, poultry and pasta.
