This micro-grower Champagne house, which was established in the 1940s, produces little more than 30,000 bottles per year from solely his own 4 hectares of vineyards spread over 18 plots around the villages of Cuchéry, Fleury-la-Rivière and Châtillon-sur-Marne. The grapes are organically farmed and certified for their high environmental value.
Fresh apple flavours and a nutty quality are backed up with a red fruit character from the Pinot Meunier on this classic Champagne blend.
Pairs well with shellfish, crab, lobster, rich fish dishes, pork as well as mild and soft cheese.
